ABOUT ME
I am a practising counsellor and psychotherapist. Prior to entering the counselling and psychotherapy field I worked in the educational sector enhancing the lives of adolescents particularly at VCE level, and eventually guiding teachers in my professional role as Staff Well Being Coordinator.
These experiences fostered my interest in understanding the emotional and psychological issues faced by those at different life stages and I therefore embarked on specialist training to further my knowledge and skills in order work closely with individuals and small groups and support them as they struggled to find meaning and work through their difficulties and challenges.

EXPERIENCE
I completed a Master in Counselling at Monash University, and I am an advanced trainee with the Australian Association of Group Psychotherapists.
I completed the Introductory Course to Psychoanalytic Training with the Victorian Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists, thereby covering the fundamental concepts underpinning psychoanalytic thinking and how to link this to clinical practice.
I have attended major international group conferences in Europe, including the Group Analytic Society International (GASi) conference in Berlin in 2017 where I participated in small and large groups.
I have practiced as a counsellor in schools, and I conduct a private practice, working with individuals and groups, providing a safe and welcoming space to assist those who are struggling with life’s challenges.
